These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of magical items from our shop. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
⟡ Payment ⟡
Payments can be made via direct bank transfer or GCash. Payments must be settled within 24 hours of placing an order. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order, and you will need to place a new order.
⟡ Shipping ⟡
We only ship products within the Philippines via LBC. Shipping times are as follows:
- Luzon: 2 days
- Visayas or Mindanao: 3-5 days
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Products are packaged discreetly to ensure your privacy.
⟡ Stock Availability ⟡
In case the product you purchased is out of stock but has already been paid for, we will either refund your payment or replace it with another product of the same price, according to your preference.
⟡ Returns and Refunds ⟡
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Dambana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
