Payment instructions will be sent to you shortly after placing your order. Payments must be made within 24 hours.

5. When will I receive my order?
Expect delivery within 3 to 5 days post-payment. We’ll provide an LBC tracking number.
6. Can you change or remove the product name on the shipping label?
Our packaging lists only charms or accessories for discretion.
7. Are your products effective?
Our products are cleansed and charged with positive energy. If you have doubts, charms or blends may not work as intended.
8. Can I visit your shop in person?
We only operate online. Please place your order through our website.
9. How do I book a card reading via video chat?
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Card Readers" to schedule a session with our intuitive card readers.
10. How do I reserve a slot for a workshop?
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Workshop". The link will be active when a workshop is available.
11. Can we invite you to our event?
You have two options: To invite the Coven Cafe Coffee Cart with intuitive card readers, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Coffee Cart". For card readers only, fill out the form on the homepage to request rates.
