When will I receive my order?
Expect delivery within 3 to 5 days after your payment is settled. We will also send the tracking number to your email so you can monitor the status of your order.

Can you remove or change the product name on the shipping label?
Yes. You can use the "Optional Message" field on the checkout page to request this.

Can I visit your shop in person?
We do not have a physical shop, but you can order through the website. Just indicate in the "Optional Message" field on the checkout page if you would like to pick up your order. We can meet you at SM Bacoor for the handover.

Are Dambana and NatureOz the same?
Yes. The charms and magickal blends you see here are the same ones previously offered under NatureOz. Babaylan Tata Adlaw still creates and oversees all of our magickal items.
