1. Payment and Scheduling
- Clients must settle the payment before their chosen reader can provide a schedule.
- The schedule will be matched with the availability posted on the chosen psychic reader's profile. Clients must ensure they are available on these days as the reader will provide the schedule based on this availability.
- The schedule given to the clients will be between one to two weeks from the day of payment. This is due to prior reservations for slots.
2. Rescheduling and Attendance
- There are no options to reschedule as it would affect other clients lined up for psychic reading via video call.
- If clients do not log in to one of the provided no-registration video call invitation links within 15 minutes from the start of their session, it will be considered as SESSION COMPLETED and is non-refundable. This is also applicable if there is an issue with the primary link and the client needs to switch to the secondary link before or during the session. Both links are accessible via mobile phones, so power outage should not be an issue. Ensure a stable mobile internet connection.
- Rescheduling can only be considered in the event of a calamity affecting both the reader and the client, such as a typhoon.
3. Session Duration
- Each tarot reading session is limited to a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The video call will automatically close after the allotted time. If clients wish to extend the session, they must book another appointment.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- We do not issue refunds for canceled appointments.
- If the psychic reader misses the appointment, clients can request a full refund, which will be sent to their chosen GCash number. Clients can also choose to continue their session with the same reader or transfer to another reader.
5. Reader Availability
- In case readers become busy, we will disable their profile to avoid missed appointments.
6. Monitoring and Complaints
- Adlaw, the founder of dambana.ph, closely monitors all transactions and services posted on the website to avoid customer complaints. If clients have complaints regarding a psychic reader, they can directly email Adlaw at dambana.ph@gmail.com for appropriate actions.
