Terms and Conditions

1. Payment and Scheduling

  • Payment must be settled before scheduling with your chosen reader.
  • Schedules are matched with the reader's availability posted on their profile. Ensure you are available on these days.
  • Your session will be scheduled within one to two weeks from the payment date due to prior reservations.

2. Rescheduling and Attendance

  • No rescheduling options to avoid affecting other clients.
  • If you do not log in within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a completed session and is non-refundable. This applies even if you need to switch to a secondary link.
  • Rescheduling is only considered in case of calamities affecting both the reader and the client, such as typhoons.

3. Session Duration

  • Each session is limited to 1 hour and 15 minutes. The video call will automatically end after this time. To extend, book another appointment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • No refunds for canceled appointments.
  • If the reader misses the appointment, you can request a full refund to your GCash number or reschedule with the same or another reader.

5. Reader Availability

  • If readers become busy, their profiles will be disabled to avoid missed appointments.

6. Monitoring and Complaints
